We are looking for a Network Operation Engineer to join our clients 24/7 NOC team, ensuring high network availability and quick resolution of issues.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage network infrastructure and services around the clock.
- Troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve network incidents efficiently.
- Coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and network changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and international stakeholders.
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 1–3 years NOC or network operations experience.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing/switching protocols (MPLS, BGP, OSPF, etc.).
- CCNA preferred; Python/scripting a plus.
- Ability to work rotating shifts and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
