CWS Workwear Slovenia is looking for a full‑time Laundry Manager to support our plant operations and contribute to the smooth and efficient delivery of our services across the organization. In this role, you will act as a trusted leader for laundry teams, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and high‑quality service while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Do
Oversee daily operations of the laundry and ensure efficient workflow
Supervise, train, and support laundry Shift Leaders and Technical Department.
Manage personnel across operations and temporary staff
Align and collaborate with stakeholders across various functions and roles
Develop and implement operational procedures and policies in line with CWS guidelines
Monitor operations efficiency and ensure optimal utilization of resources
Coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure timely repairs and equipment maintenance
Enforce quality standards, conduct quality checks with customers, and drive continuous quality improvement
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Support cost control and contribute to budget planning
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a comparable operational role
Leadership experience in a production or service environment is an advantage
Strong assertiveness and decision‑making skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on efficiency and results
High resilience, flexibility, and the ability to quickly understand complex processes
Strong communication and people‑management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
