A typical day might look like:

Helping customers with queries, keeping shelves stocked, and ensuring transactions run smoothly

About Chemist Warehouse Caboolture
The Chemist Warehouse Caboolture Team are a supportive and well-structured team with managers who provide daily briefs and focused groups for both the dispensary and front shop. Our store has specialised roles for areas such as ordering, cosmetics, vitamins, and fragrance, allowing team members to take ownership and develop expertise in their areas.
Our store is consistently achieving top performance during store visits. Our managers ensure our teams have clear responsibilities, their own aisles to manage, and flow throughout the store to maximise efficiency in both front shop and dispensary. Our team receive ongoing on-the-job training, rolling feedback from managers, and S2/S3 training for front shop team members to strengthen both our pharmacy’s position and individual knowledge. There are always internal pathways to further career development, whether at our store or a sister location, with encouragement from owners to invest in further education.
Outside of work, our team connect through activities like volleyball and a staff book club, creating a fun and social environment!

About you

Ability to work well in a team and autonomously

S2 & S3 trained & Certificates I–III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded
-
Excellent customer service with an eye for detail and accuracy

Strong communication skills with all stakeholders
