In this dynamic role, you'll play a crucial part in providing high quality pharmacy services that adhere to the highest industry standards.
In the Pharmacist role, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Accurately and efficiently dispensing of prescriptions using MyScripts,
- Day-to-day management of store, dispensary and team operations,
- Dispensary inventory management and order processing,
- Professional patient counselling and providing complete patient care solutions,
- Providing supervision to Interns, Student Pharmacists and Dispensary Assistants,
- Supporting and developing new business strategies in pharmacy best-practice.
- Coordinating staff recruitment
- Resolving staffing issues and stock discrepancies
- Maintaining workplace Occupational Health and Safety
- Supporting and contributing a cooperative organisational culture
Job Description
About you

- Qualified Pharmacist with a valid AHPRA registration,
- Experience working in dispensing medications within a community pharmacy environment,
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Commercially-astute with business acumen experience and attention-to-detail skills,
- Collaborative and coaching leadership capabilities, with demonstrated interpersonal and organisational skills.
