Marketing Operations Manager

We’re seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Marketing Operations Manager to drive the efficient delivery of supplier-funded campaigns and key marketing programs across the business.

This role is responsible for the end-to-end operational execution of Catalogues, The House of Wellness, and the Prescription Price List, ensuring seamless, integrated delivery across digital, print, media, and partnership channels. With a strong focus on process optimisation, governance, and cross-functional alignment, you’ll ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard.

This is a Full-Time role in our support office in Grey Lynn

Key Responsibilities

• Own the operational delivery of multiple concurrent marketing campaigns, managing timelines, risks, and dependencies

• Deliver cohesive, integrated campaigns across catalogues, digital, print, media, and partnerships

• Streamline marketing processes to improve speed-to-market and consistency

• Implement governance frameworks for supplier campaign approvals and budget management

• Align internal teams, agencies, and suppliers through clear briefs and timelines

• Build strong relationships across the business and with external partners

• Support a collaborative, high-performing team culture

• Act in compliance with all Workplace Health & Safety policies

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field

• Experience in a marketing or media coordination role

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

• Confident working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

• Professional, proactive, and collaborative in your approach
