Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Intelligence Developer with a strong background in data reporting, analytics, and emerging AI technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing comprehensive reports, scalable data pipelines, and interactive dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will play a critical role in advancing our reporting ecosystem by applying artificial intelligence techniques to automate workflows, generate predictive insights, and optimize analytics processes. The ideal candidate is passionate about working at the intersection of data, technology, and AI, and brings a strong sense of design to building intuitive, user-centered dashboards that enhance clarity, accessibility, and actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and operational reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or ThoughtSpot.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver customized reporting solutions that meet business needs and regulatory standards.
Apply graphic design methodologies and visual storytelling principles to produce clean, consistent, and brand-aligned data visualizations that communicate insights with clarity and impact.
Manage the full dashboard development lifecycle end-to-end, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of each milestone.
Utilize SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis, as well as for developing and maintaining ETL processes.
Collaborate cross- functionally with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of data products.
Actively integrate AI capabilities into dashboards and reporting workflows to drive automation, enhance insight generation, and improve overall decision-making outcomes.
Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting tasks and streamline data operations using AI or code-based solutions.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, ThoughtSpot
Advanced Excel skills.
Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data analysis and automation tasks.
Familiarity with ETL processes and tools.
Experience with BigQuery or similar cloud-based data warehousing solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices related to reporting and analytics.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Practical application of AI and machine learning concepts as they apply to data analysis and reporting.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or related discipline.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$72,100.00 - $144,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
