Position Summary:

As a Senior Analyst, you will support the Compliance Center of Excellence (COE) Regulatory Reporting by fulfilling state regulatory mandates for historical data.  This role will allow you to be responsible for managing a designated portfolio of recurring regulatory reports, which may be assigned by state or topic that spans multiple states. Success in this role requires strong collaboration across business areas to ensure reports are delivered accurately, completely, and on time.  In this role, you will communicate data requirements, formats, and deadlines to business partners; coordinate the collection of necessary information from Accountable Data Providers (ADPs); and submit final reports to regulatory agencies using the formats they require (e.g., SERFF, secure email, state portals, hard copy, etc.).

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years of prior experience in a relevant field such as healthcare compliance, legal, insurance, or related

  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • 1-3 years of experience in project management / process redesign
    Expert communication skills (written and verbal); ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external partners

  • Ability to interpret complex information and communicate requirements effectively to the enterprise

  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

  • Must have project/time management experience (i.e., ability to manage multiple report deliverables and tasks simultaneously, reprioritizing as needed)

  • Must have experience collaborating with team members and business partners on whom this role relies for information needed by regulators

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years in Compliance-related functions involving contact with external regulatory bodies

  • 1-3 years in regulatory reporting to external constituents

  • Previous experience in healthcare insurance industry

Education:

  • High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED) required

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $102,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
