RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain strong relationship with HCPs in respective area
Implement medical strategy to increase prescription and recommendation of brands by healthcare professionals
Respect HCP visits in line with defined route-to-market (targets of reach & frequency per cycle)
Present LDB brands in medical and pharmaceutical events
Deliver results via perfect execution of Medical Cycle plan:
visit targeted doctors in the sector and present the brand’s products and services to increase prescriptions and develop a global approach to the patient;
educating medical and pharmaceutical environment.
Manage administrative and reporting tasks:
Organize and optimize visit planning;
Master and use monitoring tools for CRM/CLM platform activity;
Prepare visits and carry out reliable qualitative and quantitative activity reporting.
Demonstrate pro-activity and ownership
Ensure respect of both internal and external ethical standards regarding relations with health care professionals (HCPs)
YOU’RE THE PERFECT MATCH IF YOU
Have excellent interpersonal, networking and presentation skills
Are good communicator, negotiator and influencer
Have experience in organizing medical events
Have flexibility, desire to learn, strong self-motivation
Are familiar with using digital support tools/ devices in your work
Prior experience in a similar position is an advantage
Have proficiency in Lithuanian and English.
Based in Vilnius or Klaipeda and willing to travel within the country
Have active driving license (mandatory)
