As a <strong>Senior</strong> <strong data-start="423" data-end="450">Channel Account Manager</strong>, you’ll help scale our partner-led motion by managing agency relationships, enabling partners to effectively sell with Customer.io, and driving partner-sourced pipeline and revenue within an established channel program.</p> <p data-start="672" data-end="899">This role is execution-focused and well-scoped. You’ll work closely with agencies, Account Executives, and internal teams to activate partners, support co-selling efforts, and ensure consistent engagement across your territory.</p> <h3 data-start="901" data-end="919">What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li data-start="922" data-end="1001">Manage and grow relationships with agency partners within an assigned territory</li> <li data-start="1004" data-end="1103">Execute co-selling motions with Account Executives, including warm referrals and joint deal support</li> <li data-start="1106" data-end="1166">Support partner onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement</li> <li data-start="1169" data-end="1240">Drive partner-sourced pipeline and contribute to closed revenue targets</li> <li data-start="1243" data-end="1332">Deliver product and sales enablement that helps partners position Customer.io effectively</li> <li data-start="1335" data-end="1404">Track partner activity, engagement, and progress against shared goals</li> <li data-start="1407" data-end="1479">Support partner-led campaigns, events, and demand generation initiatives</li> <li data-start="1482" data-end="1544">Gather partner feedback and share insights with internal teams</li> <li data-start="1547" data-end="1627">Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams to execute channel programs</li> <li data-start="1630" data-end="1698">Represent Customer.io in partner meetings and select industry events</li> </ul> <h3 data-start="1700" data-end="1726">How You’ll Be Measured</h3> <ul> <li data-start="1729" data-end="1781">Partner-sourced pipeline creation and closed revenue</li> <li data-start="1784" data-end="1847">Partner activation and ongoing engagement within your territory</li> <li data-start="1850" data-end="1900">Completion of onboarding and enablement milestones</li> <li data-start="1903" data-end="1957">Consistent execution of channel programs and playbooks</li> </ul> <h3 data-start="1959" data-end="1974">Who You Are</h3> <ul> <li data-start="1977" data-end="2046">5+ years of experience in a channel, partner, or B2B SaaS sales role</li> <li data-start="2049" data-end="2102">Experience working with agencies or referral partners</li> <li data-start="2105" data-end="2164">Comfortable managing multiple partner relationships at once</li> <li data-start="2167" data-end="2214">Strong organizational and follow-through skills</li> <li data-start="2217" data-end="2287">Able to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without authority</li> <li data-start="2290" data-end="2345">Motivated by clear goals, structure, and accountability</li> <li data-start="2348" data-end="2423">Bonus: experience with CRMs, marketing automation, or integrated SaaS tools</li> </ul> <h3 data-start="2425" data-end="2454">Structure &amp; Collaboration</h3> <ul> <li data-start="2457" data-end="2532">Own a defined territory with a mix of inbound and outbound channel partners</li> <li data-start="2535" data-end="2612">Work closely with Partner Development, Sales Specialists, and DemandGen teams</li> <li data-start="2615" data-end="2684">Partner with Account Executives on referral-based and co-sell motions</li> <li data-start="2687" data-end="2766">Operate within an established channel program and contribute execution feedback</li> </ul> <p>We believe in transparency.
