Other professional qualifications required for filling the position:

  • BSC/MSC degree is required

  • No relevant work experience is required

  • Data processing experience in international environment is an advantage

  • Work experience on real estate field is an advantage

Foreign language skills required for filling the position:

  • English language intermediate

  • Knowledge of any other European language is an advantage

Required skills for filling the position:

  • Strong IT literacy

  • Intermediate MS Office

  • Very good written and verbal communication skills

  • Very good problem-solving skills

  • Very good analytical mindset

  • Able to work independently and in a team

  • Strong work ethic

  • Flexibility during times of change

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

  • Proactive, enthusiastic and willing to learn

Responsibilities of the jobholder:

  • Comply with all Client and Cushman & Wakefield internal processes and data quality controls

  • Delivering the contracted service level

Regular tasks:

Daily and other BAU tasks to deliver:

  • Comparing Abstraction form with the abstracted data or the lease data recorded in the system as per process documentation

  • Production of database reports

  • Efficient management of own workload and ability to support other team members in their workload

  • Managing and being part of the back-up system within the team

  • Supporting the maintenance of BAU process documents relating their job
