Job Description Summary

This position will be part of the C&W Shared Services team, responsible for supporting category management, technology solutions, and corporate procurement initiatives across multiple regions. The role involves leading and supporting strategic sourcing activities, managing contracts, developing supplier relationships, negotiating terms, and tracking procurement operations to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, experience in vendor administration, opportunity analysis, and a commitment to maintaining compliance with contract terms and company policies.

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Procurement Support: Review strategies aligned with C&W’s goals; manage vendor setup, purchase orders, requisitions, and invoice payments.

  • Contract Administration: Prepare, store, and administer supplier contracts; ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely updates, renewals, or terminations.

  • Sourcing & Vendor Management: Collaborate with teams to source suppliers, manage relationships, monitor KPIs, and escalate performance issues.

  • Cost Control: Analyze procurement data, conduct RFP processes, and negotiate favorable terms to achieve savings without compromising quality.

  • Process Improvement & Teamwork: Enhance workflows, collaborate across time zones, and support company objectives with diverse teams.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, with at least 3 years of procurement experience

  • Knowledge of procurement best practices, sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation with compliance awareness

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills, including validation and reporting

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration abilities

  • Proficiency in procurement tools/software; prior shared services experience considered a plus
