Mobile Maintenance Technician II (2nd Shift-Flexible)Job Description Summary
As a Mobile Maintenance Technician II, you will be responsible for supporting the mobile engineering team by assisting with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repair of building maintenance issues related to various building systems encompassing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and finish work. You will also support the team maintaining and repairing base building systems within the facilities and assisting the team with after-hours requests.Job Description
-Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include plumbing, electrical and lighting, break room equipment, roofs, drains, grounds, HVAC, flooring, carpentry, doors/locks/finishes, and other general maintenance tasks.
-Service and repair a wide variety of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
-Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
-Replace and repair building finishes such as ceiling tiles, door hardware, wallpaper, and can paint walls, piping, floors and equipment.
-Troubleshoot, evaluate, and make recommendations to upgrade maintenance operations and/or implement savings opportunities
-Possess competent knowledge of the use and care of tools and equipment used in commercial settings.
-Respond immediately to emergency situations and customer service requests when assigned.
-Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions, preventative maintenance, etc.
-Inspect fire and life safety systems such as extinguishers, exit lighting, emergency lighting, and related fire protection systems as needed.
-Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and Company directives as related to building operations and practice safe work habits
-Ability to use technology such as smart phones, tablets, computers, web-based applications, building automation systems, etc.
-Complete all required C&W Safety Training as scheduled annually.
-Comply with C&W Uniform Dress Code while working and maintain a neat and clean appearance while on the property at times other than working hours
-May be only team member on site for after/or extended hours work.
- Full time position with flexible start/stop times contingent upon client need. Willingness to flex shifts weekly and on weekends based upon workload in region.

Basic Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-2+ years of experience with predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.
-2+ years of experience in a commercial real estate setting.
-2+ years of experience with electrical and electronic principles, plumbing systems, and general maintenance.
-Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
-Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, with the ability to create and manage documents effectively.
-Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts based on work demands.
-Clean driving record with valid operator’s license.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Associates or higher degree from a vocational school or college with a focus on Mechanical or Electrical field.
-2+ years of experience with electrical and HVAC in commercial settings. EPA Universal certification with willingness to expand knowledge of various technical fields.
-Able to troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing functions.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
