Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Graduate/Junior Analyst to join our EMEA Retail Investment Team, based onsite at our Prague office. This role is designed for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in real estate investment and capital markets and gain hands-on experience working on live transactions from day one.

You will work closely with investment professionals from day one, supporting institutional clients across a strong pipeline of retail investment transactions throughout Europe. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and motivated to learn in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team in analysing and underwriting retail real estate acquisitions and disposals.

  • Assist with investment analysis, including cash flow modelling, asset valuation, and development appraisals.

  • Prepare presentation materials and analyses for internal and client use.

  • Attend client briefings, internal meetings, and conference calls.

  • Conduct market research and provide data across different geographies and retail sectors.

  • Support transaction processes, including deal onboarding and coordination with brokers, advisers and stakeholders.

  • Travel across the European region as required.
     

Graduate Profile & Requirements

  • Recent graduate or final-year student with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, real estate, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with a genuine interest in real estate and investment markets.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (essential as all communication will be in English from day one).

  • Good working knowledge of Excel; prior exposure to financial modelling is an advantage.

  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate analysis.

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take responsibility.

  • Ability and motivation to work in a high-performance environment with a strong sense of urgency.

  • Ability to travel within the EU and the UK.

  • Prior internships or placements in finance, real estate, consulting, or related fields are an advantage but not mandatory.
