Quality Specialist – Gear Calibration, Sr

We are looking for a Sr Quality Specialist to join our Shelby team!

As our Quality Specialist, you will monitor the flow of material through the manufacture/test process and final inspection.

Location: Shelby, NC

Hourly: 23.08 to $33.36

Your Challenge

  • Performs data pack and shipping document review.
  • Reviews inspection/test failure and rejection reports to identify project failure trends and provides recommendations for corrective action.
  • Assists Quality Engineering and Quality Inspection in the development of inspection plans.
  • Provides assistance to inspection personnel in the identification and resolution of problems encountered during hardware flow to ensure acceptable quality levels are maintained.
  • Performs system and process audits.
  • Performs actual inspection of hardware when required.

What You Bring

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years experience
  • Experience with gear calibration
