Inside Sales Specialist

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will serve as a representative dealing with internal and external customers on day-to-day business matters. Builds relationships with customers and supports strategic initiatives by the sales team. Collaborates with the sales team to understand and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives.

Location: Middleburg Heights, OH (onsite)

Salary: $52,800 - $70,000

Your Challenge:

  • Develops and maintains relationships with existing and prospective clients through effective communication and tailored solutions to meet their needs. Communicates with internal and external customers through verbal and written methods to address product selection including representation of our product lines, request for quotes, engineering specifications, status of orders, technical questions, scheduling, invoicing, and collections.

  • Identifies and qualifies new sales leads through proactive outreach and market research.

  • Prepares and presents detailed proposals and presentations, ensuring all materials reflect the value of products and services.

  • Performs various responsibilities relating to the quote system, including monitoring follow-up, verifying system integrity, and updating staff on system modifications. Participates in special projects and report writing related to software and BU results.

  • Research problems and solutions including but not limited to customer’s needs, factory issues, production and scheduling needs, and terms and conditions issues.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Understands the needs and expectations of the customer and provides relevant solutions

  • Possesses a good understanding of business and products

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

  • Ability to analyze data

  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
