Senior Maintenance Technician
Job Type: Full-Time; Non-Exempt
Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 pm - 5:00 am
Starting Hourly Pay Rate: $26.25/hr.
Location: Litchfield, IL
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team on the overnight shift. This independent role requires strong hands-on experience in electrical systems, mechanical repairs, and pneumatic maintenance within a commercial or industrial setting. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic system issues.
- Perform electrical maintenance and troubleshooting, including 3-phase systems.
- Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and manage corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts used.
- Collaborate with operations team to optimize equipment performance.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in commercial or industrial electrical maintenance
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, and pneumatics.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues quickly.
- Independence: Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Safety Consciousness: Commitment to following safety procedures and promoting a safe work environment.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., electrical, HVAC) are a plus but not required.
