Conclui atividades básicas de manutenção preventiva e/ou reparo em motores e componentes relacionados no local do cliente com o mínimo de orientação.
Responsabilidades chave:
Se compromete com o cliente de forma cordial e profissional. Garante a atenção eficaz e imediata às necessidades dos clientes
Aplica o uso das ferramentas especializadas e segue procedimentos e políticas documentadas para diagnosticar e efetuar reparos básicos, incluindo a preparação das peças e ferramentas necessárias.
Encaminha problemas não resolvidos para Técnicos e/ou Supervisores de Serviço em Campo mais experientes
Executa atividades de manutenção preventiva conforme programações e normas documentadas sobre motores e componentes relacionados em campo.
Preenche a documentação necessária, como as planilhas de serviço, planilhas de horários, e solicitações de garantia por meio de formulários preenchidos à mão ou telas de lançamento do sistema de negócios.
Conclui o treinamento de acordo com os requisitos das habilidades e de negócios
Mantém veículo e ferramentas de serviço limpos e em bom funcionamento
Garante a adesão a todas as políticas, procedimentos e legislação pertinentes de Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente

- The technician performs basic preventive maintenance and repairs on engines and related components at customer locations with minimal supervision. They ensure effective customer engagement and adhere to documented procedures for diagnostics and repairs.
