We are looking for a talented Production Scheduling Coordinator – Level III to join our team specializing in Supply Chain Planning at our facility in Columbus, IN, US.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  Turn demand into reality: Build and maintain realistic, capacity-aligned production schedules that consistently meet customer demand and protect commitments.

  Optimize flow end-to-end: Align RM, WIP, and FG strategies across Materials, Operations, and Customer Service to reduce shortages, excess, and fire-fighting.

  Unblock constraints and bottlenecks: Analyze capacity, kitting, Kanban, and routings to identify issues and lead practical improvements that increase throughput.

  Embed safety and quality into planning: Champion HSE compliance and training, and partner with Quality to quickly disposition non-conforming material without risking delivery.
