About this role

Cerchiamo un Materials Planner di talento da inserire nel nostro team dedicato alla Pianificazione della Supply Chain per la Business Unit Cummins Drivetrain and Braking Systems, con sede a Cameri, Piemonte, Italia.

In questo ruolo, avrai un impatto concreto nelle seguenti attività: 

  • Gestione della Pianificazione della Produzione: Definire, aggiornare e mantenere i piani di produzione sulla base degli ordini cliente, delle previsioni e della capacità disponibile, in un contesto full‑time in presenza.
  • Monitoraggio Quotidiano della Produzione: Supervisionare l’avanzamento giornaliero della produzione e risolvere proattivamente eventuali problemi di capacità, materiali o pianificazione per garantire consegne puntuali.
  • Coordinamento degli Approvvigionamenti: Pianificare e coordinare l’acquisto dei materiali in linea con i fabbisogni produttivi e la domanda dei clienti.
  • Controllo e Ottimizzazione dell’Inventario: Monitorare e gestire i livelli di inventario per evitare carenze o eccedenze, assicurando la continuità produttiva e il rispetto delle consegne.
  • Esecuzione delle Operazioni di Supply Chain: Gestire le attività quotidiane della supply chain in aree quali materiali, produzione, inventario, logistica, demand management e order fulfillment.
  • Gestione dei Sistemi di Pianificazione: Sviluppare, monitorare e regolare i parametri e le strategie dei sistemi di pianificazione per migliorare la visibilità della supply chain e la qualità dei segnali di pianificazione.
  • Analisi KPI e Miglioramento Continuo: Analizzare gli indicatori chiave di prestazione (KPI) per identificare rischi, inefficienze e opportunità di miglioramento, implementando piani di azione correttivi.
  • Collaborazione Cross‑Funzionale: Lavorare a stretto contatto con stakeholder interni ed esterni per gestire potenziali interruzioni della supply chain, guidare miglioramenti tattici a breve termine e contribuire a iniziative di miglioramento continuo.
