QualificationsEducation:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
Six to twelve months' experience in food service industry preferred. Recipe execution and sanitation management knowledge required.
Additional Skills/Abilities:
Ability to read and write, to speak and understand English (oral and written), and to follow oral and written instructions. Must be able to read and use simple arithmetic. Must be able to follow a recipe and measure correctly.
