Culina Tilbury are now recruiting for Warehouse Operatives on a permanent Culina contract. With great rates of pay on offer and free transport from Tilbury Town Station to the Warehouse.
Shift - 4 on 4 off DAYS (06:00-18:00)
Salary - £14.35 per hour (including banked hours payment) - Up to £31,337 per annum.
We also have a site bonus scheme that rewards colleagues for their performance. This can increase earnings by an additional £2.50 per hour, £5,500 per annum

Job Description
- Free Transport from Tilbury Town Station once employed.
- This role works on a Banked Hours contract.
- Pick stock and orders from set locations within the chilled warehouse.
- Assemble customer orders from the order profile
- Ensure the correct amount of product is picked
- Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times
- Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse
Qualifications
- Ability to work within a warehouse environment
- Able to work to targets within a fast pace environment
- Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning
- Conscientious and reliable nature
