Job Description:
The role involves coordinating suppliers and works on-site according to the approved schedule, ensuring quality control, and managing project documentation compliance. It also includes supporting the Project Manager with technical, legal, and design requirements, handling permits and tenders, preparing budgets, and maintaining communication with authorities, while also managing the internal ordering system and reporting to superiors.- The role involves coordinating suppliers and construction activities on-site according to the approved schedule, ensuring compliance with quality standards and documentation.
- It includes managing and updating the construction work schedule, distributing project documentation, and ensuring adherence to technical, Health and Safety, and other regulatory requirements.
- The position supports the Project Manager by reviewing technical and legal aspects, coordinating the preparation of project documentation for various phases, including permits and tenders, in collaboration with internal teams, external engineers, and the client.
- Additionally, the role entails communication with local authorities for permits, preparing budgets with the purchasing team, managing the tender process, and utilizing the internal ordering system.
- The position requires regular reporting to superiors.
