Job Description:
The role od Procurement Manager in Property involves implementing complex procedures and analyzing the supplier market.Key tasks include selecting and assessing suppliers, optimizing processes for cost savings, and preparing supplier contracts and reports. It also involves working within the CTP internal system.
- Realization of demanding procedures.
- Analysis of suppliers’ market.
- Participates in searching, selecting and assessing suppliers.
- Cooperates on optimalization of processes in order to achieve cost savings.
- Participates in preparation of supplier’s contracts, complete administration thereof.
- Preparation of background materials for regular overviews and reports.
- Work in CTP internal system.
