Job Description:
The Invest Accountant is responsible for preparing, checking, and booking accounting documents related to invoices, bank statements, payroll, and other financial transactions, as well as communicating with clients and suppliers.This role involves reconciling accounts for monthly and yearly closings, preparing documentation for external audits and tax declarations, and generating statistical and management reports.
- Preparation / checking and booking of accounting and underlying documents (project budgets, PO, receipts) in the assigned agenda (invoices issued, invoices received, bank statements, inventory – WIP / assets, taxes, payroll, employee expenses, petty cash and credit cards, cars & planes related bookings, recharges / management fees and other IC calculations and bookings, internal bookings – accruals, estimates, reclasses, offsets, revaluations).
- Communication with clients and suppliers (incl. retentions and guarantees).
- Active cooperation with colleagues from other departments within the Group.
- Checking and accounts reconciliation relating to the assigned agenda for monthly and yearly closing.
- Preparation of documentation for external audit, cooperation with auditors (Senior accountant – Invest).
- Preparation of documentation for VAT declarations and other tax declarations (Senior accountant – Invest).
- Preparation of statistical reports (Senior accountant – Invest).
- Preparation of other reports as per management request.
