Job Description:

An Executive Assistant (EA) job involves providing high-level administrative support to our CEO by coordinating meetings, handling communications, preparing documents, organizing events, requiring strong organizational, confidentiality, and communication skills.
This role is additionally combined with tasks of reception such as overseeing access cards, booking meeting rooms, and coordinating accommodations for staff.

​Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and office support for CEO
  • Reception: welcome visitors, manage the booking of meeting rooms, manage the parking booking system
  • Arrangement of accommodation or travel tickets
  • Organisation of mail and messengers
  • Cooperation with team assistants of other departments.

Requirements:

  • at least 1 year similar experience as personal assistant, team assistant or receptionist
  • Excellent English skills, Czech must have
  • Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
