Job Description:
The purpose of the Commercial Lawyer role is to provide expert estate operations.This position involves drafting, negotiating and managing a wide range of legal documents and agreements related to the company´s real estate activities.
The Commercial Lawyer will work closely with various internal departments, including property management and construction Teams, to ensure legal compliance, mitigate risks and support the company´s strategic objectives.
Drafting and negotiating agreements
- Draft industry-standard agreements, negotiate terms, and prepare addendum agreements.
- Draft Services agreements and other related documents connected with leases to support property management and construction Teams.
Legal documentation
- Prepare and manage various legal documents required within the CTP legal department.
- Create notices to contractors and service providers, and initiate debt collection processes prior to litigation, including letters before action and engaging in legal correspondence.
Collaborative work
- Actively collaborate with other departments to prepare execution versions of leases and other agreements.
- Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders.
