<p>Our partner is an established, fast-growing technology company based in Hamburg. As Finance Lead (m/f/d), you report directly to the executive management, take ownership of building scalable finance processes and proactively support the company’s further development.</p>
<h2 id="aufgaben">Aufgaben</h2>
<ul>
<li>The Finance Lead safeguards the company’s financial stability by ensuring smooth operations across bookkeeping, invoicing, payments, compliance, and controlling.</li>
<li>With a constant overview of cash flow and risks, this role provides clear insights that enable sound executive decisions and support sustainable growth. </li>
<li>Oversee and ensure flawless execution of all financial operations including accounting, bookkeeping, payments, and compliance</li>
<li>Maintain continuous oversight of cash flow, liquidity, and financial risks</li>
<li>Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes </li>
<li>Provide regular financial reporting and actionable insights to the executive team</li>
<li>Supervise and develop finance team members</li>
</ul>
<h2 id="qualifikation">Qualifikation</h2>
<ul>
<li>University degree or equivalent formal education in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. </li>
<li>Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in finance, accounting or consulting, including initial team and/or project leadership experience, ideally in a startup or dynamic business environment.</li>
<li>Deep knowledge of German and international accounting standards (HGB and IFRS). </li>
<li>Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders in German and English. (min. C1) </li>
<li>Brings an entrepreneurial mindset with sharp analytical skills, anticipates risks early, and works with a keen eye for detail. </li>
<li>Proficiency in modern financial tools and systems. </li>
<li>Previous experience in building and scaling finance operations and processes.</li>
