【工作內容】
1. 根據規格書實作 RPA 流程、API 通道或專用平台,作為 Agent 外部工具
2. 開發輔助 AI 的技術原型(電腦視覺模型、進階 Prompt 邏輯),並整合完成的 RPA/工具至 Agent 的 Function Calling 介面,確保數據輸入輸出正確
3. 負責 RPA、自動化平台與相關模型的部署、監控、日常維護及錯誤修復
4. 參與方案討論,進行技術可行性評估與 PoC;設計 AI 平台架構,規劃算力資源、資安合規與 MLOps 標準化流程
【資格條件】
.工作經歷要求: 3年以上軟體開發經驗,具備 RPA、系統整合或 AI 模型實戰經驗者佳;
或5 年以上軟體架構設計或後端開發經驗,至少 2 年雲端架構或大規模 AI 系統部署經驗
.學歷要求:碩士, 大學
.科系要求: 資訊工程相關、資訊科學相關
.語文條件:英文: 聽/中等 ‧說/中等‧ 讀/中等‧ 寫/中等

【其他條件】
1. 熟練 Python 開發,具備 RPA 工具(如 UiPath)或自建自動化框架經驗,並能進行 API 設計與串接(RESTful)
2. 了解 DevOps 操作,熟悉 Git、Docker 等版本控制與容器化技術,並具雲端架構(AWS、Azure、GCP)與 Kubernetes 實戰經驗
3. 具備深度學習框架(PyTorch/TensorFlow)經驗,能開發或訓練 AI 模型(電腦視覺、NLP),並熟悉 LLM 部署與推理服務
4. 精通系統架構設計與效能規劃,具高可用性、高併發系統設計經驗,並熟悉微服務與事件驅動架構
【具以下經驗尤佳】
1. 熟悉雲端平台(AWS、Azure、GCP)與容器化技術(Docker、Kubernetes),並具備 MLOps 或 DevOps 流程及 CI/CD Pipeline 建置經驗
2. 有 AI 模型整合或部署經驗(MLOps),並能進行高效能運算資源規劃與優化 AI 算力配置
3. 具備 Function Calling、RAG、Prompt Engineering 等 Agent 應用實戰經驗,並熟悉 LangChain 或類似 Agent 開發框架
4. 有大型 AI 系統導入或整合經驗,特別是在金融或高合規性行業,並熟悉分散式訓練架構與工具(如 FSDP、DeepSpeed)或 LLM 推理優化
