Wir suchen einen engagierten Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) welcher uns im Bereich der Wirkstoffproduktion am Standort in St. Gallen unterstützt.
IHRE AUFGABEN: Für unseren Standort in St. Gallen suchen wir eine/n Produktionsmitarbeiter/in mit folgenden Aufgaben:
Herstellung von Rohstoffen, Zwischenprodukten und Wirkstoffen sowie Verpackung von Arzneimitteln
Bedienung der Produktionsanlagen gemäß Standardverfahren und cGMP-Anforderungen
Überwachung der Anlagenleistung und Anpassung der Einstellungen im Rahmen der Kompetenzen
Eingabe von Daten für die Prozesskontrolle und Unterstützung bei Untersuchungen
Sicherstellung einer sicheren und termingerechten Produktion unter Einhaltung der Qualitätsvorgaben
Durchführung von Reinigungs- und Inprozesskontrollen gemäß gültigen SOPs
Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung betrieblicher Abläufe
Verantwortung für die korrekte Etikettierung der produzierten Produkte
IHR PROFIL: Für diese Stelle suchen wir eine verantwortungsbewusste und selbständige Person mit folgendem Profil:
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Lebensmittel, Pharma oder Chemie
3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in produzierenden Betrieben
Fundierte Kenntnisse der GMP-Richtlinien oder Herstellprozesse in einem regulierten Umfeld
Zuverlässigkeit, Pünktlichkeit und Flexibilität
Teamfähigkeit und Kooperationsbereitschaft
Vertraut mit den Grundbegriffen von GMP, idealerweise ergänzt mit Kenntnissen im Bereich Lean / Six Sigma
Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (ERP, Betriebssysteme, Office-Programme)
Bereitschaft zur internen sowie externen Weiterbildung

What you'll do
- The production employee will be responsible for the manufacturing of raw materials, intermediates, and active ingredients, as well as the packaging of pharmaceuticals. They will operate production equipment according to standard procedures and ensure compliance with quality standards.
