Für die Abteilung Qualitätssicherung an unserem modernen Produktionsstandort in St. Gallen suchen wir eine/n motivierter
Metrology Specialist
In Ihrer Position als Metrology Specialist sind Sie verantwortlich für die termingerechte Kalibrierung, Justierung und Freigabe von Prüfmitteln für die Produktion, Analytik und Lagerung von pharmazeutischen
Wirkstoffen in guter Zusammenarbeit mit den entsprechenden Abteilungen. Ausserdem stellen Sie sicher, dass jederzeit nur den Anforderungen entsprechend qualifizierte Prüfmittel in Betrieb sind und führen diese auch selbst durch respektive unterstützen diese.
Ihre Aufgaben beinhalten im Wesentlichen:
Kontrolle/Freigabe der Prüfung und Unterhalt von Prüfmitteln der Abteilungen Qualitätskontrolle, Entwicklung und aller der Abteilung Qualitätskontrolle unterstellten IPK-Prüfmittel der Abteilung Produktion
Verwaltung der Prüfmittel und Reagenzien in der Prüfmitteldatenbank LIMS
Erstellen und Sicherung von Prüfmitteldokumentationen (z. B. Geräteordner, Qualifizierungsunterlagen, Logbücher)
Erstellung von bereichsspezifischen Abweichungsberichten und die Abwicklung solcher als QA-Instanz
Einhaltung der GMP-Richtlinien im Arbeitsbereich
Mitarbeit bei der Beschaffung von neuen Geräten
Erstellung von Vorschriften im Bereich Prüfmittelüberwachung, Wartung und Unterhalt von Geräten
QA-Rolle bei Qualifizierungen von Laborgeräten
Planung und Organisation von Prüfmittel spezifischen Schulungsprogrammen
Administration der computergestützten Prüfmittel insbesondere die der Benutzerverwaltung und Datensicherungen
Sie bringen die folgenden Qualifikationen und Berufserfahrungen mit:
Technische Ausbildung oder Chemielaborant mit Weiterbildung gemäss Anforderungsprofil
Interesse und technisches Verständnis für Analysengeräte und Medienanlagen
Berufserfahrung im GMP-, Pharma- oder Lebensmittelbereich
Affinität für Technik und IT
Erfahrung mit Messtechnik
Teamfähigkeit
Belastbarkeit
Selbständigkeit
Kommunikativ

What you'll do
- The Metrology Specialist is responsible for the timely calibration, adjustment, and release of testing equipment for production and analysis. They ensure that only qualified testing equipment is in operation and support the relevant departments in these tasks.
