Manager, Private Clients Reviews (12 month Fixed Term Contract)

Role overview
The Manager, Private Clients – Reviews will be responsible for supporting the fiduciary teams with key projects, including client onboarding/offboarding in line with Client Services Agreements and the legal and regulatory requirements associated with the Group’s Guernsey licences.
This role will suit an experienced fiduciary professional who is comfortable managing complex cases, leading projects, and engaging confidently with internal and external stakeholders. You will also contribute to broader initiatives where required.
Key responsibilities
- Onboarding/offboarding of complex fiduciary structures: Manage the take on and exit of fiduciary structures, ensuring all administration, regulatory and procedural requirements are met.
- Fiduciary reviews: supporting teams with addressing action points generated through periodic review process
- Stakeholder liaison: Liaise as appropriate with lawyers, accountants, tax advisers and banks on all matters.
- Reporting and communication: Develop and implement clear communication and reporting plans, ensuring timely and appropriate updates are provided to your Leader.
- Project delivery: Lead and deliver ad‑hoc projects related to new/closing cases, ensuring work is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
- Knowledge sharing and leadership: Demonstrate strong communication skills by leading discussions, sharing technical expertise, and promoting best practice across the team.
- File and record management: Ensure all client entity files are complete, accurate and fully up to date.
- Industry awareness: Maintain a current understanding of regulatory, technical and market developments relevant to closing cases and fiduciary services.
Your profile
- Relevant fiduciary or professional services experience: Proven experience in a regulated finance or professional services environment, with recent experience at Assistant Manager or Manager level.
- Organisation and supervision: Strong organisational skills, with the ability to supervise work, prioritise effectively and manage multiple timelines.
- Technical and commercial awareness: A solid understanding of fiduciary business services and the markets in which they operate.
- Professional qualification: STEP, ICSA (or equivalent), or qualified by experience.
- IT capability: Confident user of relevant fiduciary systems and standard office technology.
- Commitment to development: Demonstrates a proactive approach to personal and professional development.
