Customer Success Manager

Full Time, Monday to Friday - 9am - 6pm

We are looking for an ambitious Customer Success Manager to join our growing team in France who will strengthen relationships with C-Level contacts and key decision makers across our important customer base.

The job involves relationship management, handling client issues as they arise, and strategically partnering with important decision makers. This position requires extensive client contact via phone, email and face to face meetings. The role would suit someone who understands the value of long-term relationships and who passionately helps us drive growth across our client base.

 

 

 

In this role you will:

 

  • Build relationships with C-Level Executives / Key decision makers

  • Manage customer relationships and address potential issues as they arise

  • Handle budget, contractual, RFI/RFP discussions and retention activities

  • Drive growth in assigned accounts through lead identification and close collaboration with the sales team

  • Increase domain name registrations through providing strategic guidance

  • Work on client briefs, hold client meetings, and telephone calls

  • Develop effective client presentations

  • Partner closely with our Service and Sales teams and where applicable Brand Protection team on the account

 

What skills do you need?

 

  • Must be fluent in both English and French

  • Having at least 2 years of relevant experience

  • An energetic and enthusiastic willingness to assist customers

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • An interest in working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders

  • The ability to think strategically to meet the clients’ needs

  • Effective communication and organizational skills
