Title: Associate Client Legal Administrator
Location: Madrid – Spain | Full time, hybrid
Monday to Friday
Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Corporate law and contract review.
• Company secretarial duties, shareholder agreements and board of directors.
• Updating and drafting articles of association, capital increases and reductions, shareholder contributions, incorporation, disposal, liquidation and dissolution of companies, granting of
powers of attorney, preparation and approval of annual accounts, updating and presentation of company books.
• Working with the team on a designated portfolio of clients, ensuring that all client enquiries and requests are processed in a timely manner.
• Draft and review, in collaboration with the team, legal documents in Spanish and English subject to Spanish law and corporate documents such as shareholders' meetings and board resolutions.
• Monitor any changes in Spanish legislation that may have an impact on services and clients.
• Onboarding and file review of clients, ensuring compliance with PBC laws.
• Onboarding and file review of investors, ensuring compliance with PBC laws and the PBC Manual for Funds and Managers.
What technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need?
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of work experience in a similar position.
• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Excellent command of English to communicate fluently with clients (B2/C1).
• Good presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple demands in a fast-paced environment are essential.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
• A proactive approach to daily tasks and a team-oriented person.
• A desire to work with different cultures.
