Crystal Tree Golf & Country Club restaurant bussers plays a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for Club Members and guests by supporting servers, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and ensuring prompt and courteous service. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare dining areas before service by setting tables, refilling condiments, and ensuring all necessary items are stocked
- Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently after Members/guests leave
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including floors, chairs, and service stations
- Refill water glasses, coffee, and other beverages as needed throughout service
- Respond to Member/guest needs in a timely and courteous manner
- Assist in setting up and breaking down for events and private Member-Guest functions
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
