Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Janitorial professionals to join our team in Bedford, United States. These full-time positions require working on the East side of Cleveland, ensuring our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Perform a wide range of cleaning duties in various locations across Cleveland
- Operate cleaning equipment and tools efficiently and safely
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas
- Dispose of trash properly
- Restock supplies in restrooms and other areas as needed
- Report any damages, deficits, or disturbances to management
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures
- Respond promptly to cleaning emergencies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all assigned areas are thoroughly cleaned
- Adapt to different cleaning requirements in various facilities
Hours: Monday thru Friday 7am-3:30pm and some weekend hours on occassion.
Rate of Pay $16.00-$18.00hr

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1-2 years of previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
- Proficiency in various cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout a shift
- Flexibility to work evenings and some weekends
- Reliable transportation and clean driver license required. (company vehicles provided to qualified candidates)
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment
- Must Be able to complete onboarding assessment quizzes using a computer/laptop
