You will report to the Director of Strategic Sourcing. You will lead the global T&amp;E function, owning policy, systems, monthly close support, travel program oversight, and corporate card management across nine international subsidiaries.</p> <p>We are considering US based applicant only. Must be able to work PST hours.&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Manage and enforce global T&amp;E policy across subsidiaries; educate employees on Concur and T&amp;E processes.</li> <li>Oversee the Travel Management Company (TMC), including escalations, ad‑hoc travel issues, payments, and program performance.</li> <li>Lead monthly T&amp;E close activities, including accrual reporting, aging analysis, and GL reconciliation support.</li> <li>Run and analyze monthly Concur &amp; Cognos11 reports to ensure accuracy, policy compliance, and executive-level visibility.</li> <li>Oversee Concur administration and NetSuite integration (via MuleSoft); lead global Concur deployments and continuous system optimizations.&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage manual Expense Report review processes where Concur is not yet deployed, ensuring consistency and local statutory compliance.</li> <li>Manage the T&amp;E Analyst and ensure strict SLA adherence by completing all expense report audits accurately and on time.</li> <li>Oversee the AMEX corporate card program, including card issuance, account maintenance, compliance monitoring, and policy enforcement.</li> <li>Partner with Payroll to execute employee reimbursements and manage the full personal spend recoupment process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong internal controls.</li> <li>Support tax and accounting requirements within Concur workflows, including GL mapping, VAT/tax logic, audit rules, and compliance alignment.</li> <li>Oversee T&amp;E‑related vendor relationships, payments, and project-based initiatives.</li> <li>Lead RFPs and sourcing for team offsites of 20+ participants, including end-to-end venue scouting, rate and contract negotiation, and coordination with vendors to secure cost-effective and compliant arrangements.</li> </ul> <h2>About You</h2> <ul> <li>5–7 years of T&amp;E, Accounting Operations, or Finance Operations experience.</li> <li>Hands on experience in the entertainment/media industry&nbsp;</li> <li>Hands‑on Concur administration expertise and experience with NetSuite &amp; HRIS system integrations.</li> <li>Experience managing corporate card programs and global T&amp;E processes.</li> <li>Strong analytical, operational, and compliance capabilities.</li> <li>Experience with Concur Travel &amp; Expense (administrator level)</li> <li>Familiarity with NetSuite, MuleSoft, and AMEX@work Admin system &amp; HRIS/Concur integrations.</li> </ul> <h2>About the Team</h2> <p>The Strategic Sourcing team at Crunchyroll partners across all lines of business to bring operational excellence, cost discipline, and process visibility to procurement.
