Support Center Supervisor - Technical Aftermarket
Job Duties
- Supervise a technical team within the Service Support Center.
- Ensure the level of technical service provided to Company Retail Network staff or customers is accurate, helpful, courteous, and timely.
- Ensure Technical Support Representative team members have the necessary tools and training to do their job effectively.
- Assist support center in resolving dealer and customer issues.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5-7 years related experience
- Associate degree (Technical) Non-degree considered if 6+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED.
- Frequent travel and overnight stays (6-20%)
