What You’ll Do:

  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their strategic priorities and hiring roadmaps.

  • Dive deep and understand hiring manager needs as well as identifying core competencies amongst strong performers.

  • Build and leverage highly efficient applicant and sourcing channels to fill a variety of roles, from DFIR specialists to Project Managers.

  • Screen candidates to quickly determine qualifications by evaluating skills and experience against job requirements, as well as assessing team fit, soft skills and company culture alignment.

  • Oversee and manage a flawless recruiting process, keeping candidate and hiring manager experience top of mind by providing a white-glove experience.

  • Provide data driven metrics to the business while also keeping them updated on industry hiring trends.

  • Understand and comply with all hiring policies, legislation, and guidelines.

  • Communicate confidently with candidates and clients at all levels, from individual contributors to executives and C-Suite.

  • Manage offer generation and negotiation processes with precision and professionalism.

  • Act as a brand ambassador for CrowdStrike’s culture and mission—attracting talent which align with our values of innovation and protection.

What You’ll Need:

  • 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally for Cybersecurity, Information Security, and/or Professional/Managed Services teams.

  • Experience in both corporate and agency settings preferred, ideally within a fast-moving technology company.

  • Proven success recruiting across highly technical domains, as well as non-technical roles.

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to engage with and influence senior leaders and technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to learn new systems quickly.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a strong eye for detail
