About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead engineering initiatives for our NG-SIEM platform—a mission-critical system that processes >100 PB of data daily and serves millions of queries per hour. You'll manage cross-functional teams of Site Reliability Engineers, Software Engineers, and Infrastructure specialists, bridging technical execution and business objectives.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for NG-SIEM platform initiatives including reliability improvements and feature deployments

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource strategies; coordinate cross-functional teams globally

  • Translate technical requirements into actionable objectives; manage deployment schedules and release coordination

  • Serve as primary contact between engineering teams, product management, and leadership

  • Track SLO/SLA compliance, error budgets, and reliability metrics; manage cost optimization initiatives

  • Implement agile/scrum methodologies; establish documentation and KPIs

  • Coordinate on-call schedules and ensure 24/7 platform support

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of technical project management experience managing infrastructure, SRE, or platform engineering teams

  • Strong technical background with understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and large-scale data processing

  • Agile methodology experience and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana)

  • Technical fluency to discuss system architecture, reliability engineering, observability, and infrastructure as code

  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating remote teams and presenting to leadership

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)

  • Strong leadership, organizational abilities, and problem-solving mindset

Bonus Points:

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification

  • Background in cybersecurity, SIEM platforms, or security operations

  • Technical degree in Computer Science or Engineering

  • Previous hands-on experience as a software engineer, SRE, or DevOps engineer
