About the Role:

As an Associate Resource Coordinator, you will provide critical support to the Resource Coordinators Professional Services team to ensure that resources are allocated effectively to customer engagements. You will work daily with our Resource Coordinators, Leadership and Project Managers for our professional services to ensure that all resource schedules are accurately reflected in our systems and analysis is conducted on those forecasted schedules. You will collaborate with other Services Operations team members to support this process, and report to the Manager of Services Operations globally.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the Resource Request Queue to reflect staffing decisions for professional services engagements in PSA solutions (FinancialForce)

  • Create and manage resource requests and bookings for CrowdStrike’s professional services engagements and resources in PSA solution (FinancialForce)

  • Facilitate proper system hygiene in PSA tool by enforcing process compliance with consultants

  • Track and report internally on scheduling status for Professional Services to ensure timely scheduling and staffing of engagements

  • Help field incoming staffing inquiries from the delivery and sales team

  • Help maintain written policies and procedures for all assigned functions

  • Run reports and provide analysis on utilization trends, pipeline forecast and resource capacity that will support Resource Coordinators to make strategic scheduling and staffing decisions

  • Help maintain the Skills Repository and implement the skills program for resource management to ensure resource coordinators have accurate skills data to make efficient staffing decisions.

  • Manage and complete resource change requests, set up of new hires in PSA and other resource maintenance

What You’ll Need:

  • A four-year degree (or equivalent) with an emphasis in Business Management or related field

  • 1 year performing similar duties to the above or 1-2 years experience demonstrating a strong working knowledge of customer service and operations; working knowledge of a professional services firm

  • Can handle multiple tasks at once using excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to interact professionally, harmoniously, and productively with customers and/or internal team members at all levels

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $57,000 - $90,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
