
The Senior Internet Coordinator plays a key role in managing the dealership’s online sales process, customer communications, and digital lead management. This position ensures all internet leads are handled promptly, professionally, and in a way that maximizes conversion opportunities while maintaining a strong customer experience.
Manage and respond to all internet sales leads from the dealership’s website, third-party platforms, and social media channels.
Ensure timely follow-up on all leads using CRM tools and dealership communication systems.
Track and report lead response times, follow-up effectiveness, and conversion rates.
Communicate effectively with prospective customers via email, text, and phone to identify needs and match them with appropriate vehicle options.
Schedule showroom appointments and coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff and customer experience.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the online sales process.
Support customer retention efforts through follow-up, satisfaction surveys, and post-sale communication.
We Provide:
3+ years of experience in automotive internet sales, BDC, or digital lead management.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead response and conversion goals.
Leadership experience or prior team coordination preferred.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
