Overview

The Senior Specialist, Store Excellence reports to the WHS Store Excellence Manager. This role oversees key initiatives to boost WHS store performance, optimize partner collaboration, and ensure seamless GTM strategy execution, leveraging project management, cross-functional coordination, and data-driven insights.

What You'll Do

WHS Incentive & Subsidy Program Management
Engage in end-to-end lifecycle of WHS incentive/subsidy programs, including designing mechanisms
(criteria, rules) aligned with business goals.
Adjust promotion schemes through price alignment and refine processes based on partner feedback.
Track program implementation, follow up with partners to resolve bottlenecks, and verify data for payment
settlement.
Conduct audit checks to ensure compliance and accuracy of incentive/subsidy activities.

GTM Strategy Execution & Store Excellence Project
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Merchandising, VM) to translate GTM requirements
into store actionable plans.
Ensure timely, accurate GTM execution in stores and validate quality via regular checks.
Support development, rollout, and optimization of Store Excellence projects (e.g., virtual store visits,
livestreaming, operational standards).

What You'll Bring to the Table

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
3-5 years of experience in retail operations, data analysis, or related functions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and deep understanding of incentive/subsidy calculation logic.
Ability to analyze operational data and generate actionable reports.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams/partners.
Strong execution, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
Proactive problem-solving mindset and adaptability to changing business needs.
