The Manager, Department Online Mall Sales is responsible for driving sales growth across department store online channels through channel development and promotional execution, in line with the financial plan. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Marketplace & eTail within Digital Sales, this role partners closely with online mall buyers, leads a team, and ensures operational excellence.
Sales Growth & Channel Management
Drive sales across department online malls (SSG, Hmall, Lotte, GS Shop, etc.) through strong buyer relationships and negotiation.
Execute promotions, pricing alignment, coupon strategies, and tier mix optimization.
Analyze weekly/monthly performance to ensure alignment with annual targets.
P&L & Budget Ownership
Own P&L for department online channels, ensuring profitability and cost control.
Set targets, monitor results, and manage RTL marketing budgets, accruals, and PO/PR processes.
Inventory, Merchandising & Promotions
Partner with Merchandising on seasonal buying and allocation.
Manage sell-through, inventory levels, stock transfers, and product setup.
Plan and execute campaigns, GTM calendars, and events; track ROI and performance.
Operations & Advertising
Manage advertising activities including banners, slots, and campaigns.
Oversee daily operations (EDI, APTOS), reporting, RTV/RT processes, and returns.
Ensure accurate and timely sales and inventory reporting.
Leadership
Lead as a hands-on manager, coaching the team to drive performance, agility, and innovation.
Strong knowledge of department store e-commerce and eTail operations.
Proven P&L ownership and sales target achievement.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and inventory management skills.
Leadership capability with a hands-on mindset.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
8+ years in Fashion/Retail; 5+ years in e-commerce sales preferred.
Strong understanding of Korean online market trends and product strategy.
Fluent English communication skills and cross-functional collaboration ability.
Strong planning, execution, and team leadership skills.
