Whether you’re welcoming customers into our stores, collaborating with global teams at our headquarters, or keeping operations moving at our distribution centers, your impact is real and valued. At Crocs, Inc. you’re not expected to fit a mold. You’re encouraged to break it and create something better.

Overview

Crocs is seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial leader to refine and execute the long-term Collectibles strategy for the Crocs brand. The Director of Collectibles will be responsible for translating this strategy into end-to-end execution across product, marketing, and go-to-market (GTM) plans. This role will act as the single point of accountability for scaling a differentiated, durable collectibles ecosystem that strengthens brand heat, drives incremental revenue, and deepens consumer engagement.

This leader will operate at the intersection of product innovation, storytelling, and commercial execution. Working through a cross-functional, dotted-line operating model, the Director of Collectibles will align dedicated product and marketing resources with broader GTM, sourcing, and supply chain partners to deliver high-impact launches with speed, discipline, and cultural relevance.

The ideal candidate is a builder and operator. They bring strong strategic instincts, a bias toward action, and the ability to influence without direct authority. They are equally comfortable driving long-term direction and delivering near-term results.

What You'll Do

  • Refine and execute the long-term Collectibles strategy for the Crocs brand, including entry models (own IP, licensed variants, true collectibles), consumer targets, and franchise evolution.
  • Translate long-term strategic direction into a clear, phased roadmap that balances near-term launches with future pipeline development.
  • Define success metrics and operating principles that ensure collectibles scale sustainably as a growth engine for the brand.
  • Provide strategic oversight for collectibles product development, guiding form factor selection, design direction, pricing architecture, and assortment strategy.
  • Partner closely with Product, Design, and Development teams to ensure collectibles maintain strong brand DNA while introducing newness, scarcity, and collectability.
  • Ensure disciplined stage-gate processes from concept through commercialization, with clear decision rights and timelines.
  • Lead the collectibles marketing vision, including brand narrative, franchise storytelling, launch moments, and community engagement.
  • Partner with dedicated marketing resources to develop campaigns that drive cultural relevance, urgency, and fandom.
  • Collaborate with Social Commerce, Brand Marketing, and Creative teams to activate collectibles across owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Own end-to-end GTM plans for collectibles launches, aligning product, marketing, channel strategy, and timing.
  • Partner with regional and channel teams to ensure strong execution across DTC, marketplaces, social commerce, and wholesale where appropriate.
  • Drive launch excellence through clear playbooks, readiness checklists, and post-launch performance reviews.
  • Lead a dotted-line, cross-functional collectibles operating model with dedicated Product and Marketing resources and shared GTM, Sourcing, and Supply Chain partners.
  • Act as the connective tissue across teams, ensuring clarity of priorities, accountability, and decision-making.
  • Influence senior stakeholders through clear storytelling, data-driven recommendations, and strong executive communication.
  • Track performance against revenue, margin, brand, and engagement KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize product mix, launch cadence, and GTM effectiveness.
  • Share learnings and best practices to continuously improve the collectibles playbook.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent exprince in Business, Marketing, Product, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience across product, brand, digital commerce, or innovation-led businesses.
  • Proven experience building and scaling new initiatives or categories within a consumer brand.
  • Strong understanding of product development, GTM planning, and brand-led storytelling.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience driving growth, managing trade-offs, and measuring ROI.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level influence.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity and building new ways of working.
  • Passion for culture, fandom, and consumer-driven innovation.
