We are need of a Full Time <strong>day shift 7am-7pm </strong>LPN with an alternating schedule of week 1: be Monday, Wednesday, Thursday,g week 2: Sunday, Monday, Thursday.&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Take and keep track of residents’ vital signs such as weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration</li> <li>Prepare and give patients injections and enemas, monitor catheters and dress wounds, as needed</li> <li>Assess present and potential problems, needs and resources of the resident and communicates this to the Hospice House Case Manager&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>Pay: 35/hr. - 40/hr.
