We’re looking for bright Design Fairy to join our  Internal Communication team.

Heads up! The contract will be through one of our outsourcing partners, but you'll be working full-time with us as part of our team.

At Critical TechWorks, Design Fairies are the creative guardians of our visual communication and brand identity, ensuring every design, from an internal campaign to an all-hands presentation, reflects who we are and what we stand for.

Working within JIMLand (Internal Communication) and collaborating closely with multiple corporate teams, you will shape the look and feel of how CTW communicates, crafting visuals that are clear, meaningful, and engaging.

You will be part of a flexible, fast-moving team that thrives on teamwork, creativity, and operational excellence. Your work will help people connect with CTW’s story and values every day.

• Visual Storytelling: Transform ideas and messages into compelling visuals, designing assets for internal campaigns, digital content, events, and presentations that bring our communication to life.

• Brand Guardianship: Ensure brand consistency across all materials, maintaining CTW’s visual identity while helping it evolve in fresh and creative ways.

• Collaborative Design: Work side by side with the Communication Team and other corporate areas to co-create materials that make complex information simple, clear, and visually engaging.

• Creative Agility: Balance creativity and precision, delivering bold ideas with strong attention to detail while adapting quickly to shifting priorities and fast-paced timelines.

• Innovation and Simplicity: Continuously explore new tools, formats, and trends that can make our communications more impactful and easier to understand.

Whatever you’re working on, here’s the lowdown on the technical skills you’re likely to have:

• Strong background in graphic or communication design, ideally in a corporate or agency environment.

• Excellent understanding of visual communication, branding, and digital content creation.

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (motion design or video editing skills are a plus).

• Ability to balance creative exploration with structure and operational delivery.

• A collaborative, curious, and proactive mindset; you enjoy co-creating and learning from others.

• Excellent Portuguese and English communication skills (German is a plus).
