About the Role

As our Business Operations Associate, you will work across Revenue Operations, Facilities Management, Engineering Operations, Accounting and Business Operations. This is a broad role that will expose you to various areas of the business and give you a great sense of what it takes to run and build a startup. It’s a mix of admin and operations where you'll be working closely with the leadership team and Business Operations Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Revenue Operations

  • Reporting and data integrity management incl. managing our sales software stack

  • Maintain and reconcile inventory data across sales and product platforms

  • Collaborate with marketing/PR/Sales on creating customer facing materials, while assisting with sales forecasting reports.

• Facilities Management

  • Manage physical office spaces to ensure they are well-organized, welcoming, and functional

  • Maintain appropriate levels of office supplies/amenities and own any improvement projects

• Business Operations and Accounting

  • Establish and maintain an efficient document and knowledge management systems

  • Collect management information (MI) and prepare exec meeting materials

  • Support expense reporting, cost tracking/code systems and maintain personnel records

• Hardware Operations

  • Support Engineering Operations, Project Management and Accounting with fleet rental operations, logistics scheduling and asset/cost tracking

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

• +3 years of experience from in consulting, operations or high growth tech company

• Highly organized, loves structure, process and follow through

• Data driven and proven ability to build reports in excel/Google Sheets and Slides

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication; great at collaborating with multiple stakeholders across teams.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in a start-up environment

• Knowledge/experience in the world of BESS/Microgrids.
