Crisis24 is seeking an experienced Investigator to conduct comprehensive background screenings. 

This is a full-time position, and is based in Boca Raton, Florida. Candidate must be able to obtain a New Hampshire Private Investigator license. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth investigations in accordance with applicable State and Federal law as well as company policy

• Utilize a variety of investigative databases and search techniques to locate, collect and verify information

• Conduct reference interviews, analyze credit, confirm employment history, professional licensing, education, and perform open-source investigations

• Organize and maintain logs, files, forms and reports

• Maintain a cooperative approach and work collaboratively with company Recruitment, Human Resources, Executive, and Operations teams

• Monitor and adhere to internal operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures 

• Prepare and format well written, easily comprehensible reports

Essential Skills/Competencies:

Bachelor’s degree preferred and relevant experience is required
• Must be well versed in current technologies and open-source search methodologies
• Competence with MS Office Suite and other database systems
• Must be willing to sign an NDA and maintain strict confidentiality
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Able to maintain a professional demeanor during stressful situations
• Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Attention to detail, tenacity and the ability to think analytically
• Strong organizational skills
