About this role

Who We Are Looking For

Crisis24 is seeking a dynamic Bid Coordinator to join our Southern Europe team. This role is key to supporting our growth by managing bid submissions predominantly for the Southern Europe market (France, Spain, Italy) and at times for international markets. You will work closely with Sales, Product Management, and other teams to deliver high-quality, persuasive responses that win business. We are looking for someone fluent in English and French, with Italian as a strong plus. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, have excellent writing skills, and enjoy coordinating across multiple stakeholders, this is your chance to make an impact.

This position offers hybrid work flexibility and clear opportunities for career progression into Senior Bid Management, Account Management, Business Development or Client Success roles.

What You Will Work On

  • Manage end-to-end bid processes, from kick-off to submission
  • Coordinate inputs from internal teams and ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare compelling bid responses in English and French that reflect client needs and regional nuances
  • Liaise with the Sales team to ensure accuracy in Salesforce and support compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to create impactful presentations and materials

What You Will Bring

  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
  • 1-2 years’ experience in bid management or a similar role
  • Strong writing and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Collaborative mindset and attention to detail

Advantages 

  • Preferably qualified to degree level or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Italian
  • Experience in the security or technology sectors
  • Knowledge of APMP or Shipley proposal processes

Reporting and Place of Work

  • Reports to the Head of Business Development, Southern Europe and the Manager, Proposals
  • Location: Paris, with some remote working possible
  • Applicants must be eligible to work in the European Union
