  • 2+ years of people management experience, with a proven ability to coach, prioritize, and drive performance.
  • Demonstrated success building and delivering learning or engagement programs end-to-end, including ongoing education, cohort-based learning, or events.
  • Strong ability to translate feedback and organizational priorities into scalable programs.
  • Experience operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and building new functions or initiatives.
  • Proven cross-functional partnership experience (e.g., Ops, Product, Clinical/SMEs, Marketing).
  • Clear point of view on community engagement and learner experience; comfortable making tradeoffs and decisions.
  • Ability to operate as a player-coach, balancing strategy with hands-on execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, mental health, or volunteer-driven organizations.
  • Background in customer education, community-led growth, or SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with LMS, community platforms, or event tools.
  • Experience supporting external-facing or revenue-adjacent education programs.
